Hey, I'm Candace Spann! Creative, Realtor, & Interior Designer! I am a Charleston, SC native who encompasses my Geechee Gullah culture in all that I do.

My brand, is my name, "Candace Spann" and it is multifaceted. My personal connection with my community online, is centered around creatively using joy to break barriers of sadness, grief, & depression off people's lives. What makes this special, is that joy comes in many forms, but it is medicinal to everyone. I am currently working on growing my new podcast called "The Missing Piece by Candace Spann" which can be found on Spotify & Apple.

I am an alumna of Lander University, with a B.A. in Business Marketing & Management. I am currently a Realtor working with a National New Home Construction Builder. I love to give back to the community through educating & empowering others on the importance of real estate, ownership, and wealth. In addition to being a Realtor, I own Abundant Life Restore, LLC which is an Interior Design Company that specializes in affordable & fresh design styles. Professionally, I enjoy building relationships with new clients and finding their dream home, to designing their homes after it's sold, it all really warms my heart.
